We're Hiring Administrator / Administrative Assistant!




JOB SUMMARY
This position provides general receptionist and administrative duties for project ‘Tropicale Residency’.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Response to customer complaints, answer questions, phone and email inquiries.
  2. Maintain the general appearance of the spaces within the community hall and common area.
  3. Monitors security during hours of operation.
  4. Coordinate and monitor workflow of maintenance service such as: cleaning, repair and maintenance works, landscaping and etc.
  5. Collection of payment and issue receipts for maintenance fees, renovation deposit and etc.
  6. Prepare weekly or monthly collection report.
  7. Secretarial services for AGMs and Management corporation meetings.
  8. To assist in enforcement of House Rules / By-laws of the Strata Title Act 1985.
  9. Prepare monthly operational and technical report.
  10. Report to GTM top management
  11. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

OB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Candidates shall possess a minimum SPM level
  • Education or experience in community management and social services will be preferred
  • Must possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • A proficiency in Language : English, Mandarin and Malay
  • Knowledge in basic use of Microsoft word and excel
