This position provides general receptionist and administrative duties for
project ‘Tropicale Residency’.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Response to customer complaints, answer questions, phone and email inquiries.
- Maintain the general appearance of the spaces within the community hall and common area.
- Monitors security during hours of operation.
- Coordinate and monitor workflow of maintenance service such as: cleaning, repair and maintenance works, landscaping and etc.
- Collection of payment and issue receipts for maintenance fees, renovation deposit and etc.
- Prepare weekly or monthly collection report.
- Secretarial services for AGMs and Management corporation meetings.
- To assist in enforcement of House Rules / By-laws of the Strata Title Act 1985.
- Prepare monthly operational and technical report.
- Report to GTM top management
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.
OB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Candidates shall possess a minimum SPM level
- Education or experience in community management and social services will be preferred
- Must possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A proficiency in Language : English, Mandarin and Malay
- Knowledge in basic use of Microsoft word and excel
